I will put the backstory in the forums, as in how it evolved and came to be all of that good stuff.

Stage I

The host would often be reported going through a large stage of depression and anxiety, shaking and trembling uncontrollably. Agonizing cries ripping through them as the skin by the wound would begin to deteriorate, tearing and peeling off in flakey sheets, revealing muscle tissue below. Soon after the exposed flesh and muscle would rot, maggots and other insects even other diseases would often feed on the exposed interior, resulting in not only suffering from the plague, but other virus as well.

Stage II

The victim would go through a stage of de-hydration to weak to move as the muscles would soon begin to lock up, buckling. The immuse system of the host would also start attacking itself at this stage, resulting in shedding of the pelt in massive amounts, shedding and tearing from the host. After this portion of the stage is complete the host may or may not grow another rough and coarse pelt, in a rare case, being lined with needles along the spinal cord.

Stage III

This stage is stated to be one of the worst, The virus would soon begin to eat away at the brain tissue, the victim can only cry out in pain as the tissue is aggressively torn at, infecting it with toxins. From this point on the host could go two ways, the first way would be that the host would simply pass right there and the maggots and other insects would finish them off. Or, the host would begin to grow another row of teeth down the center of the throat, leading up to the mouth. The gums would bleed as the canines would enlarger by three times the original size. The host would also grow an exoskeleton as the skeleton would rarely tear through the flesh and multiply, growing an armour like shell. This is usually only seen on high ranked of the plague.

Stage IV

The host would now grow a cannibalistic lust and usually feast on their own organs and flesh, the last portion is that the optics would dialate and contract, sometimes growing a yellow pigment or going completely achromatic.

This is all that is dated, as the role-play pushes on I will reveal more of the stages and affects.
